When signing the Agency Agreement, the client is assigned a personal manager, who is always there for you to give you any information about the goods and their location. The procedure is as follows:

A manufacturer/supplier claims the goods are ready

Calipso-Group purchases the goods on its own (counterpart's) behalf

We collect the goods from the manufacturer and deliver them to the warehouse for further consolidation

We arrange all necessary certificates and other documents

We deliver the goods to Russia

We arrange customs clearance of the cargo
